Hey, I have some of those pens – and love them. (Way more than the Pitt brush markers I also have.) What do you use to colour these? Markers? Watercolour? I’ve missed your drawings so it’s so good to see them coming back to us. I posted a painting postcard of yours that I won last year on my blog if you’d like to snag it. (I’m not sending it back though, LOL, it’s mine and I love it.) Your work inspires me to get cracking on my art journal. (Thankfully the weekend is here.) It’s nice that you can draw while waiting at work. Can’t wait to see more …..

    Hi Deb,
I color all the sketches with watercolor. I use a Pentel Aquash waterbrush most often. I have a little watercolor box I made and the waterbrush and that makes up my “kit” for sketching. Aside from pen, paper, a napkin or two and a little water bottle of course :-) I’ll post a sketch of all the stuff soon.
By all means get crackin’ on your art journal. I’d love to see it! I’ll make sure you’re on my blogroll when I update it this weekend. Lots of tweaks like that still left to get Idle Minutes back in order :-) I’ll go take a look at that postcard I sent you…Thanks!
